In honor of today’s FA Cup final between Manchester City and Stoke City, Umbro released two special pieces of merchandise. One of them is the current 10-11 Manchester City home shirt with an embroidered message that says “THE FA CUP FINAL, WEMBLEY 14.05.11.” The other is a very fine track jacket worn by the Manchester City staff during the 1969 FA Cup final against Leicester City. England’s new 11-12 home shirt and kit, the one they’ll be wearing at the upcoming 2010 European Championship hosted by Poland & Ukraine, is out and I must say it looks lovely. Best retro look out there. Umbro really did outdone themselves. Too bad English fans can’t use sports betting firms to bet on this kit being the best at the upcoming Euros rather than on the chances of their own team winning it. I reckon they’d have more chances of getting some coin. Enough with the chit chat though, here are the most important kit items:

A long title – true that! – but I wanted to get the message out to those that are too lazy to read this tiny post.
