New release: the 11-12 Manchester City away kit & shirt. Made by Umbro, it looks wonderful as they got back the red and black stripes that the City shirts used to sport in 1969 and 1970 when the club won the European Cup Winners Cup, FA Cup and League Cup. Not sure how much Mancini likes it as you can’t but think of AC Milan when looking at it while being clueless about City’s history – like me. What’s important though is for City fans to enjoy it. It’s on preorder, it’ll ship starting June 3rd 2011 in the UK and starting early July 2011 in the US and it’s very clean and simple. Not bad at all.
