After breezing through their qualifying group and beating World and European champions Spain in a friendly (just a friendly though) it will be interesting to see how Italy will fare at the European championship in Poland and Ukraine. Their recent slip against the United States must be taken lightly as it was only a friendly; more worrying though, will be the absence of Antonio Cassano and (maybe) Mario Balotelli. It would be a great shame for the latter to not get a call-up though as despite his antics he’s quite the player.

Sweden joins the ranks of teams that unveiled their Euro 2012 shirts this week. Will Zlatan Ibrahimovic & Co. be able to get past their group that they share with France, England and Ukraine? I reckon France might be a bit too strong for them but they seem to have a good chance against the other two.
